Highscore bug fixes

We've fixed a few bugs in our high scores. Full details:

* Fixed bug in the level formula that calculated the level out of the experience of a user
* Fixed support for characters that changed gameworld and therefore are not in the
character buffer of our top experience cron
* Fixed bug that stoppen people with ü or another special characters in their name from
being added to the highscores (e.g. himmelhüpferin & hälge)

Some changes might not be visible until tomorrow at approx 6 AM CET.
