Exhiti update

We've updated our website focusing on social features and made the first preparations into adding all other skills to the website. Full change list:

* Added Facebook connect which allows you to connect your Facebook account to Exhiti, will be used for commenting (beta)
* Ability to comment on newsposts and to like newsposts (beta)
* Replaced Tibia ML link icon with new favicon image
* Created cron to index the other skills of every world, these are the first preparations
of adding all other skills then experience to our website
* Updated world object
